  • 3 oz blue curacao liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut liqueur
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup or honey
  • None None Ice, for serving
  • None None Star fruit slices, for garnish

Directions

    Combine the gin, curacao, coconut liqueur, lime juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Stir with a long spoon until the mixture is very cold. Strain into four cocktail glasses and garnish each with a slice of star fruit.
