- 8 to 10 carrots
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 5 to 6 slices grated bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Scrape, wash and slice carrots.

2Cook with some water in saucepan until tender.

3Drain.

4Mix mayonnaise, horseradish and onion and add to cooked carrots.

5Mix bread crumbs and melted butter.

6Spread on top of carrots.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until brown.
