- 1/2 cups Flour
- 5 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 13 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- 20 whole Pimento Stuffed Olives
Directions

1In a bowl combine the flour and butter.

2Using a fork, press the butter into the flour until it is well incorporated.

3Then add the cheeses and water.

4Knead lightly and then form the pastry into a disk and wrap in plastic wrap.

5Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer.

6Take a small piece of the pastry and flatten it.
-
7Place the olive in the center and then wrap the pastry around the olive to completely cover it.

8Repeat with remaining olives.

9Place the olive bites on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
