  • 1/2 cups Flour
  • 5 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 13 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Water
  • 20 whole Pimento Stuffed Olives

Directions

    In a bowl combine the flour and butter.

    Using a fork, press the butter into the flour until it is well incorporated.

    Then add the cheeses and water.

    Knead lightly and then form the pastry into a disk and wrap in plastic wrap.

    Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer.

    Take a small piece of the pastry and flatten it.

    Place the olive in the center and then wrap the pastry around the olive to completely cover it.

    Repeat with remaining olives.

    Place the olive bites on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
