- 2 doz. eggs, hard-cooked
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. minced pimiento-stuffed green olives
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- lettuce leaves
Directions

1Day before serving or early in day, cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2Remove yolks to small mixing bowl; mash.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Mix well.

5Fill whites with yolk mixture, cover and refrigerate.

6Just before serving place eggs on lettuce lined platter.
