Ingredients
- 3/4 c. top milk
- 1 pkg. quick acting yeast
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
Directions

1Scald milk; cool until lukewarm.

2Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.

3Stir in egg; add to Bisquick mix.

4Beat well but quickly, until ball of soft dough is formed.

5Turn onto lightly floured, cloth covered board.

6Knead gently for 1/2 minute.

7Roll out into circle, 1/8-inch thick.

8Cut in desired shapes for rolls.

9Place on greased baking sheet.

10Let rise in warm, moist place until double in bulk, or about 40 minutes.

11Bake in moderate hot oven (375°) for 15 minutes.

12Makes 18 average size rolls.
