- 3 medium onions, quartered
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped up
- bread crumbs (4 or 5 slices)
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Boil onions until almost done; drain.

2Place onions in the bottom of a buttered 8 x 8-inch dish.

3Sprinkle eggs over onions. Pour soup over eggs.

4Mix butter and bread crumbs.

5Put on top of eggs.

6Cook at 350° for 35 minutes.
