- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
- 1 lb. ground lean beef
- chopped lettuce, tomatoes, onions, grated cheese (Mozzarella) and sour cream (toppings)
- Fritos Lights
Directions

1Brown beef; add Ro-Tel tomatoes, beans and soup and simmer at least 45 minutes.

2Crush Fritos Lights for each plate.

3Ladle sauce over Fritos, then add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and sour cream.
