- 6 slices bread (day old)
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Break bread in small pieces in baking dish (about 1 1/2-quart).

2Sprinkle cinnamon over bread and add raisins and melted butter.

3Toast bread mixture lightly in 350° oven.

4Mix eggs, sugar, milk and extract; add to bread crumbs.
