  • 4 to 6 oz. chicken breast halves, skinned
  • 1/4 c. orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper, ground (optional)
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • dash of garlic powder or to taste

Directions

    Blend and combine all ingredients except chicken into a glaze. Baste continually with glaze while grilling chicken, or bake on rack in pan at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Garnish with orange curls, if desired.
