- 4 medium ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 3 whole reduced-fat graham crackers, crushed
- Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat butter, melted
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine the pears, flour, sugar substitute, orange juice and orange zest. Spoon into an 8-in. square dish coated with cooking spray.

2In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar substitute, flour and cinnamon; stir in butter. Sprinkle over pear mixture. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until topping is crisp and lightly browned. Serve warm.
