- 1 small can pineapple chunks
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 jar Simply Fruit orange jam
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. cake flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Boil water and put in dates.

3Turn down to simmer; cover and set aside.

4Combine orange jam, pineapple, honey, egg whites and vanilla.

5Remove dates from steaming water and mix with mixture.

6Sift flours, soda and salt.

7Add the orange mixture to the flour mixture.

8Fill two bread loaf pans half full. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
