Orange-Pineapple Paradise Cake

- 1 yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 2 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 can (small can) Mandarin Oranges
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 pints heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple
- 1 box (small box) Vanilla instant pudding
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350*

2Using a food processor or blender process entire contents of the can of mandarin oranges.

3In a large mixing bowl combine yellow cake mix, eggs, butter, and processed oranges until smooth.

4Smooth in to buttered cake pan and bake for approximately 33 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

5Allow to cool.

6Make the topping

7Whip the whipping cream at high speed and slowly add the vanilla and sugar.

8Whip until light and fluffy.

9Whip in pudding mix and entire contents of the can of crushed pineapple.

10Top cooled cake and enjoy!
