Orange Rolls

• 5 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 2 large eggs
• nonstick cooking spray
• Filling
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 3/4 cup orange rind, grated (5 oranges)
• For brushing rolls
• 1/2 cup butter
• Glaze
• 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
• 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
• 1/2 cup orange rind, grated (3 oranges)
