  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in sherbet until ingredients are combined and mixture is smooth.

    Chill until partially set.

    Fold in orange segments and whipped cream.

    Turn into 6-cup mold (1 1/2-quart) and chill until firm.

    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
