   Crumble cookies (save a little for top).

   Mix with melted butter and spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Mix well cream cheese and sugar.

   Add 1/2 Cool Whip.

   Mix well.

   Spread on top of cookie mixture.

   Prepare pudding as directed for pie.

   Pour over cheese mixture.

   Top with remaining Cool Whip.

    Garnish with cookie crumbs.
