- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies (16 oz.)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large pkg. instant pudding (chocolate)
Directions

1Melt the margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Pour over the cookies that have been crushed into the pan.

3Save 1/4 cup for top.

4Spread butter and Oreos in pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

5Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 ounce of Cool Whip.

6Spread over cookies.

7Mix chocolate pudding according to the directions on the box.

8Spread over mixture and put in refrigerator for 1 hour or so.

9Then put 8 ounces Cool Whip

10on top and sprinkle with 1/4 cup crushed cookies.
