Ingredients: 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies; 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1/2 stick butter; 1 c. powdered sugar; 3 1/2 c. milk; 2 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding; 12 oz. Cool Whip

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

Crush cookies and pour half into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar together.

Add milk (using a mixer). Add the pudding. Fold in Cool Whip.

Pour this over the crushed cookies. Top with remaining crushed cookies. Chill at least 6 hours before serving.
