- chicken breast strips
- a little oil
- bell pepper
- onion
- 1 can mushrooms or fresh
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Use any amount of ingredients.

2Stir-fry chicken breast strips in 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil.

3Add strips of bell pepper and saute a few minutes.

4Add onion, cut up, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Saute until tender.

5Add 1 can cream of broccoli soup.

6Cook on low heat until bubbly.

7Add 2 cans water, soy sauce to taste, salt and pepper.

8Serve over rice.
