- 1 boneless chicken breast, cooked and cut up
- 5 oz. boiled ham, chopped
- scallions and tops, chopped
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 lb. vermicelli, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 3 Tbsp. coriander seed
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 scant tsp. hot chili oil
- also for color: snow peas, carrots, whatever
Directions

1Heat vegetable oil, sesame oil and sesame seed on medium heat until seed turn brown.

2Remove from heat.

3Stir in rest of ingredients.

4Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
