- 2 lb. beef cubes
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice
Directions

1Mix beef and vegetables in heavy pan or skillet with tight fitting lid.

2Sprinkle over top of mixture, tapioca, salt, sugar, pepper and pour V-8 juice over mixture.

3Cover and bake at 250° for 5 hours.
