  • 1 c. rice, uncooked
  • 2 cans beef or chicken broth
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • black pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt margarine in skillet, saute onion until tender.

    Mix all ingredients together and bake in a casserole dish at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Do not stir while cooking.
