- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 6 qt. popped corn
- nuts (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 225°.

2Boil sugar, butter, syrup and salt in saucepan for 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir.

4Add to popped corn and place on cookie sheets.

5Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

6Remove from oven and let cool. Store in covered container to keep

7crisp.
