- 1 lb. fresh or frozen fillets
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. fine dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Directions

1Thaw fish.

2Divide into 3 portions.

3Dip fish into beaten egg, then into bread crumbs.

4Place fish into shallow greased baking dish.

5Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6Drizzle mixture of butter and lemon juice over fish.

7Then sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake in 500° oven until golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork, 6 to 8 minutes.
