- 1 lb. fish steaks or fillets
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 500°.

2Cut fish into serving pieces.

3Stir salt into milk.

4Dip fish in milk and coat with crumbs.

5Place fish in greased oblong pan.

6Pour butter over fish and place pan on middle rack of oven.

7Cook uncovered at 500° for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
