  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 dozen eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese

    Heat oven to 325.

    In oven, melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish.

    Tilt dish to coat bottom.

    In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, salt and milk until well blended.

    Stir in onion, and pour into dish.

    Bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes.

    Top with cheese and return to oven just long enough to melt cheese.

    Serves about 12.
