- 1 - 8 ounce can crescent rolls
- 17 oz gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1 egg white beaten
- sesame seeds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Using fingers press perforations on dough to seal and form a solid rectangle.

3Remove casing from cheese and place in center of sough.

4Cover cheese with preserves. Fold dough around cheese.

5Brush top with beaten egg white.

6Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until brown. Garnish with sesame seeds.

7Allow to set and cut into wedges and serve.
