- 2 lb. (1-inch thick) swordfish steak, cut into 6 pieces
- 1 1/2 c. water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 c. Lemon Thyme Sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Place the swordfish in a glass baking dish.

3Combine water, lemon juice, bay leaf and thyme.

4Pour over the swordfish.

5Bake fish uncovered for 20 minutes.

6Remove fish from liquid and serve with the sauce.

7Yields 6 servings.
