- 1/2 c. white or brown rice
- 1/2 c. wild rice
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup
Directions

1Pour boiling water over rice.

2Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain.

3Brown hamburger and onion; drain.

4Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 cup boiling water.

5Stir in rice, almonds, mushrooms, meat and soup.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake 2 hours at 350°, covered.

8Remove cover last 30 minutes.
