  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. spicy pork sausage
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain.

    Brown sausage; drain.

    Combine tomato sauce, tomato soup and Italian seasoning.

    Add meats to sauce mixture.

    Layer as follows in a 13 x 9-inch pan: meat sauce, uncooked noodles, meat sauce and cheese.

    Repeat.

    End with heavy layer of meat sauce and cheese.

    Refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
