- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Cook oysters over low heat in oyster liquor for 3 minutes, or until edges begin to curl.

2Stir in remaining ingredients except paprika.

3Heat to a near boil.

4Garnish with paprika and serve immediately.
