  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. melted shortening
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour (approximate)

    Separate eggs.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, milk and shortening to yolks.

    Add flour.

    Fold in whites.
