  • 3 cups panir
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 12 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 cups chopped fresh coriander
  • 12 cup mint, chopped
  • 2 -3 green chilies
  • 14 cup cashews, broken
  • 14 cup fresh curds
  • 1 lemon, juice of

    Pierce paneer pcs with fork

    Marinate them in paste made for at least 15-20 minute.

    Heat the butter in oil and saute onions until translucent.

    Add marinated paneer and saute for 7-10 minute

    Add the milk and simmer until milk evaporates.

    Sprinkle garam masala and serve.
