  • 1 large papayas peeled, seeded, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers peeled, seeded, chopped
  • 1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper seeded, chopped
  • 1 x tortilla chips
