Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted and cooled
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. bran
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast with warm water and gently stir to dissolve completely.

2Add cooled margarine, sugar, salt, egg, bran and Parmesan cheese.

3Blend well.

4Mix in flour.

5Cover and let stand in a warm place about 2 hours or until doubled.

6Punch down and turn out onto lightly floured board.

7Knead just enough to form a smooth ball.

8Place on lightly greased baking sheet (or any pan you like).

9Cover and let rise about 40 minutes.

10Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until a dark golden brown.

11Serve hot or cold.
