- 1 lb. fresh or frozen cod or haddock fish
- 3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Thaw fish if frozen.

2In a small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, oregano and pepper.

3Set crumb mixture aside.

4Place fish on greased rack of a broiler pan. Brush with lemon juice.

5Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 3 minutes.

6Sprinkle crumb mixture over fish.

7Broil 3 to 6 minutes more, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

8Serves 4.
