- 4 partridge, cooked and diced
- 1/4 lb. melted oleo
- 3 chopped onions
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. broth
- double pie crust
Directions

1Boil partridge in salted water until tender.

2Allow to cool. Remove meat from bones and dice.

3Save broth.

4Saute onions in butter.

5Add flour; stir.

6Add broth and cook until thick.

7Put pie crust in deep pie pan.

8Add meat; pour filling over and cover with top crust.

9Bake at 350° until brown.
