Ingredients

  • 2 boxes jello
  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 8 oz. bottle lemon juice
  • 1 large can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
  • 1 qt. ginger ale
  • 1/2 gal. sherbet

Directions

    Place jello in boiling water.

    (Use strawberry for red punch or lime for green.)

    Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

    Cool. Add cold water, lemon juice and pineapple juice.

    At this point, you can refrigerate or freeze until needed.

    Partially thaw, place in punch bowl.

    Add ginger ale and top with sherbet.

    Stir slowly.
