- 3 1/2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cake meal
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Melt chocolate and butter over hot water and cool.

2Beat eggs and salt until thick and lemon colored.

3Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in cooled chocolate mixture.

4Gradually add cake meal and beat until well blended.

5Spread in greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

6Cut while still hot.
