  • 1 lb pasta
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 2 each eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup Romano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic

    Cut up bacon and cook with 1 tbl minced garlic until crisp

    cook pasta

    mix cheeses and spices, set aside

    whisk eggs set aside

    when pasta is cooked, drain

    in a heated pan add butter, eggs & remaining minced garlic, throw in pasta and bacon, stir

    add cheese/spice mixture

    toss together well
