- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. noodles (spaghetti)
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Boil noodles while frying bacon in butter.

2Mix whipping cream and eggs in bowl with salt and pepper.

3Add Parmesan cheese last. Drain noodles and put back in pot.

4Add crumbled bacon and all other ingredients.

5Keep pot on stove on high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

6Must be served hot as soon as cooking has completed.

7Serves 4 to 5 people.
