Pasta Carbonara

  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. noodles (spaghetti)
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Boil noodles while frying bacon in butter.

    Mix whipping cream and eggs in bowl with salt and pepper.

    Add Parmesan cheese last. Drain noodles and put back in pot.

    Add crumbled bacon and all other ingredients.

    Keep pot on stove on high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Must be served hot as soon as cooking has completed.

    Serves 4 to 5 people.
