  • 8 oz. pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of Texas Pete
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1/2 c. chopped peeled cucumber

Directions
