Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 small bunch green onions, chopped (4 to 5 stalks)
  • 1 can black olives, drained and sliced (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 pkg. pepperoni, cubed or chopped
  • 1 lb. rotini noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb. pkg. Monterey cheese, cubed, sliced or shredded
  • 1 lb. pkg. Cheddar cheese, cubed, sliced or shredded
  • 2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix, prepared to pkg. directions plus 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Cut vegetables into bite size pieces.

    Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl.

    Toss in half of the dressing and mix thoroughly.

    Before ready to serve, add the rest of the dressing according to taste.

    Warning: Makes a lot of pasta salad once all thrown together.

    Serves a crowd.
