- 1 green bell pepper, sliced in strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced in strips
- 1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. cream
- 1 c. half and half
- 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 24 oz. cooked fettucine or broad egg noodles
Directions

1Saute chicken, bell peppers and onion in oil and butter.

2Add cream, half and half, parsley and cheese and reduce heat.

3Toss with cooked fettucine.

4Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
