  • 7 Tbsp. salted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 c. less 2 Tbsp. vodka
  • 1 c. canned tomato puree
  • 1 c. heavy cream or milk
  • 1 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1 lb. pasta, cooked

Directions

    Bring butter, pepper and vodka to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Add puree and milk or cream.

    Add pasta.

    Blend in cheese.
