- Pepperidge Farm pastry sheet
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tsp. cream cheese
- 1 beaten egg mixed with 1 tsp. water
Directions

1Thaw pastry sheets as directed on package.

2Unfold one sheet and spread out.

3Cut into 4 equal sections.

4Roll out each section to add about one inch to each side.

5In the middle of the rolled out pastry section place 1 teaspoon cream cheese, then place flattened out 1/2 chicken breast.

6Roll pastry around chicken and fasten securely.

7Place seam side down on lightly greased baking pan.

8Just before baking, brush top of pastry with egg and water mixed.

9Bake at 350° for one hour.
