  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes, boiled in jackets, then peel and grate
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Heat margarine and soup.

    Blend in sour cream, onions and cheese mixture with potatoes.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix flakes with margarine and sprinkle over casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
