- German chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 stick oleo, melted
- 1/3 c. can milk
- 1 pkg. caramels
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 small pkg. chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients together and put half of batter in bottom of pan and bake at 350° for 5 minutes.

2Melt package of caramels and 1/3 cup milk in double boiler.

3Pour caramels, pecans and small package chocolate chips over cake.

4Crumble rest of batter on top and bake 12 to 15 minutes more.
