Ingredients

  • German chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted
  • 1/3 c. can milk
  • 1 pkg. caramels
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 small pkg. chocolate chips

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients together and put half of batter in bottom of pan and bake at 350° for 5 minutes.

    Melt package of caramels and 1/3 cup milk in double boiler.

    Pour caramels, pecans and small package chocolate chips over cake.

    Crumble rest of batter on top and bake 12 to 15 minutes more.
