  • 2 (17 oz.) cans peas, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (2 oz.) can pimentos, undrained
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can fried onion rings
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 of the onion rings.

    Put in greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle reserved onion rings on top.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
