- 1 (2 oz.) can pimentos, undrained
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can fried onion rings
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except 1/2 of the onion rings.
