- 2 box frozen peas
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 (4 oz.) jars pimentos
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can fried onion rings
Directions

1Cook frozen peas in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain.

2Saute onion and butter.

3Add pimentos, water chestnuts and mushroom soup.

4Add drained peas and cover the top with onion rings.

5Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350° oven.
