Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen peas
  • 6 to 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cashews
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix together everything except the cashews.

    Be sure the peas are still frozen.

    Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

    Add the cashews right before you are ready to serve.
