- 1 bag frozen peas
- 6 to 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cashews
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix together everything except the cashews.

2Be sure the peas are still frozen.

3Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

4Add the cashews right before you are ready to serve.
